Essential Care Guide

Learn More
    • 24 Hours Before: Do not consume alcohol, caffeine, or take blood-thinning medication (such as Aspirin or Ibuprofen) unless prescribed by a doctor. These can increase bleeding and affect pigment retention.

    • 1 Week Before: Stop using Retinol, Vitamin A, or active skincare acids near the brow/lip/eye area, as these thin the skin and increase sensitivity.

    • 2 Weeks Before: Avoid Botox or fillers in the treatment area.

    • Sun Exposure: Do not come to your appointment with sunburned or peeling skin on the face.

    • For Lip Blush: If you have a history of cold sores, we highly recommend taking an anti-viral medication 3–5 days prior to prevent a breakout.

  • Your aftercare is just as important as the treatment itself. Poor aftercare can lead to up to 60% pigment loss.

    • Keep it Dry: Avoid getting the area soaking wet for 7 days. When showering, keep your face away from the direct stream of water.

    • Clean Gently: Use a damp cotton pad with sterile water to gently dab the area morning and night to remove lymph fluid.

    • No Makeup: Do not apply makeup, creams, or sunscreen directly on the treated area until fully healed (usually 10 days).

    • Avoid Sweat: No heavy exercise, saunas, or steam rooms for at least 7 days. Sweat contains salt which can fade the pigment.

    • Trust the Process: Do not pick, peel, or scratch the dry skin/scabs. Let them fall off naturally to avoid scarring and patchiness.

  • What to Expect Healing is a journey—don't panic if your results change day by day!

    • Days 1–3 (Dark & Bold): The pigment will look up to 40% darker and bolder than your final result. This is normal oxidation.

    • Days 4–7 (Flaking): The skin may begin to flake or peel. It might look patchy or itchy. Do not pick it!

    • Days 8–20 (Ghosting Phase): After flaking, the fresh skin underneath may look "milky" or like the pigment has disappeared. This is called "ghosting."

    • Weeks 4–6 (The Bloom): The color will slowly return and settle into its true, soft shade.

    • The Top-Up: A follow-up appointment is usually required at 6–8 weeks to fill in any gaps and perfect the color.

2026 NEW TREATMENTS

Skin Rejuvenation

Dermaplaning
A gentle exfoliation treatment that uses a surgical-grade blade to remove dead skin cells and fine vellus hair from the surface of the skin. The result is an instantly smoother, brighter complexion with improved product absorption and offers a flawless base for makeup. Perfect as a standalone treatment or as prep before other facial procedures.

Microneedling
This advanced skin rejuvenation treatment uses fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin, stimulating your body's natural collagen and elastin production. Highly effective for reducing the appearance of fine lines, acne scarring, enlarged pores, and uneven skin texture. Results continue to improve in the weeks following treatment.

Chemical Peels
A professional-grade exfoliation treatment that uses carefully selected acid solutions to remove damaged outer layers of skin. Chemical peels help to improve skin tone, acne scarring, reduce pigmentation, minimise fine lines, and tackle breakouts.

Hair Restoration

PRP Treatments for Hair Loss
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy uses your own blood to stimulate hair growth naturally. A small sample is taken, processed to concentrate the growth-factor-rich platelets, and then injected into the scalp to encourage dormant follicles and strengthen thinning hair. A safe, natural approach to tackling hair loss.

Hair Filler
An injectable treatment specifically designed to improve hair health and promote growth. Hair filler delivers a blend of peptides and nutrients directly to the scalp, helping to strengthen existing hair, reduce thinning, and encourage new growth. A great option for those looking to restore thickness and vitality without surgery.

Injectable Treatments

Injectable Treatments

Facial Skin Boosters Injectable skin boosters deliver deep hydration directly into the skin using hyaluronic acid. Unlike traditional fillers, skin boosters work to improve overall skin quality — boosting hydration, elasticity, help with fine lines and wrinkles and firmness from within. Ideal for tired, dull, or dehydrated skin on the face, neck, and décolletage.

Polynucleotides
One of the most exciting advancements in skin regeneration. Polynucleotide injections work at a cellular level to stimulate tissue repair, improve elasticity, and promote the production of new collagen. Excellent for ageing skin, under-eye concerns, and overall skin rejuvenation with natural-looking results.

Anti-Aging Treatments
A range of targeted treatments designed to combat the visible signs of ageing. From fine lines and wrinkles to loss of firmness and volume, these professional-grade procedures are tailored to your skin's specific needs to help restore a more youthful, refreshed appearance.
