Terms and conditions
1. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable booking fee of £25 is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the final treatment price.

Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee is received.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the loss of the booking fee.
-
"No-shows" may be charged the full cost of the treatment.
3. Lateness
-
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled to avoid delaying other clients, and your booking fee will be forfeited.
4. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to receive Semi Permanent Makeup treatments. Photo ID may be required.
5. Medical & Health
-
Patch Tests: A patch test is required no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment to check for allergies. Failure to attend a patch test will result in appointment cancellation.

Disclosure: You must disclose all medical conditions, medications, and allergies. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is unsafe for you.

Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: We cannot treat clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
6. Results & Aftercare

Healed results vary for every client depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. We cannot guarantee a specific result.

One "top-up" session is typically required 6 weeks after the initial treatment. Additional sessions may be chargeable.

Failure to follow the provided Preparation & Aftercare guidance may affect your results and is at your own risk.
7. Liability

TAB SPMU is fully insured. However, we are not liable for any reactions or poor healing caused by failure to disclose health information or follow aftercare instructions.
8. Changes to Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.
